Not every component in a cold store belongs to a refrigerant platform. Insulated panels, modular cold rooms and cold storage doors form the building itself — the envelope that keeps the cold in and the heat out, regardless of whether the plant inside runs ammonia or Freon.
Prime Coil manufactures PUF and PIR insulated panels in our own facility, builds modular cold rooms on site to your exact dimensions, and supplies the full range of cold storage doors — sliding, hinged, automatic, blast freezer, high-speed rolling and display.
Modular Cold Rooms — PUF-insulated chambers built on site to your dimensions, from small walk-in coolers to multi-chamber facilities. Panel thickness 60 mm to 150 mm, PPGL sheet with cam-lock jointing.
Cold Storage Doors — nine door types covering every access point on a cold store: single-leaf and double-leaf sliding, automatic sliding, hinged, thermally-broken insulated hinged, blast freezer, display glass, rolling high-speed, plus cold room panels as a standalone product.

Yes. Modular cold rooms are built on site to your dimensions using panels manufactured in our own facility, paired with refrigeration from our ammonia or Freon range. We also supply and install the doors, so the complete insulated envelope comes from one source.
Yes. Panels, rooms and doors are refrigerant-agnostic — they form the insulated envelope that any refrigeration system cools.
By operating temperature. Chilled storage between +2°C and +8°C is normally 60 to 100 mm. Frozen storage at −18°C to −25°C needs 120 to 150 mm. Thinner panels save once and cost in compressor runtime every day for twenty years.
Share your capacity, temperature and ambient conditions and our engineers will specify the system.
