Our Freon equipment covers evaporators for low, medium and high temperature service, blast freezers and monoblock units, water-cooled and air-cooled condensing units, industrial chillers and heat pumps from 10 kW to 3000 kW, outdoor condensing units from 2.5 TR to 10 TR, and shell & tube condensers and evaporators. Units are compatible with HCFC and HFC refrigerants including R-22, R-134a, R-404A, R-407C, R-410A and R-507.
Freon equipment wins on three counts: it can be installed inside or beside an occupied building without a dedicated plant room, it packages into compact units that are largely self-managing, and it scales down economically to duties where an ammonia plant would be oversized and overstaffed. Supermarkets, pharmaceutical stores, ripening chambers, ice cream hardening rooms and process cooling for plastics and chemicals are all served better this way.
Our slim line dual discharge units use copper tubes in a 3D-modelled compact body, delivering 10 kW to 50 kW with fin spacing from 4 mm to 6 mm and a collared fan outlet for wide air throw. The angular type unit uses aluminium tubes and covers 20 kW to 120 kW. Both are available with GI powder coated or SS-304 casing and with electric or hot gas defrost. Casing choice is not cosmetic — in seafood and high-humidity produce rooms, stainless is what keeps the unit serviceable past year three.
Blast freezers and chillers are built with 2, 4, 6 or 8 fans, fin spacing from 4 mm to 12 mm, and fan diameters of 630 mm to 800 mm. Chiller duty covers 25–120 kW and freezer duty 23–100 kW, across a temperature range of −5°C to −45°C, floor or ceiling mounted. Wide fin spacing is essential here: fast freezing throws a lot of moisture out of the product, and a tight fin pack blocks within hours.
Monoblock units cover 5°C to −25°C in a single self-contained package that installs through the cold room wall. Every unit is temperature tested before dispatch rather than only assembled and checked — a distinction that only shows up in the field.
Water-cooled condensing units are offered in open-type and semi-hermetic models for HCFC and HFC refrigerants. Air-cooled units in the E-AU series are built around Dorin semi-hermetic compressors with twin high-airflow fans up to 3,930 m³/h, an integrated liquid receiver and sound levels from 48 dBA.
Industrial chillers use screw and scroll compressors from 10 kW to 3000 kW, across +40°C to −40°C. Our heat pumps deliver heating and cooling from the same refrigeration cycle, with domestic models from 6 kW to 35 kW producing 60°C water, and a high-temperature model rated 35 kW producing 80°C. Where a plant currently rejects condenser heat to atmosphere and separately burns fuel to heat water, a heat pump can cut water heating cost by up to 70% by doing both jobs at once.
Freon shell & tube condensers and evaporators cover 3 kW to over 1000 kW in horizontal and vertical configurations, with optimised copper tubes and a design that allows quick tube cleaning. They suit water chilling systems, HVAC plants, process cooling and commercial refrigeration.
Freon equipment is easy to buy badly. A unit sized on nameplate capacity alone, without checking evaporating temperature, defrost method and fin spacing against the actual product and room conditions, will underperform from day one and nobody will be able to say why. Our shell & tube range is built for R-22, R-134a, R-404A, R-407C, R-410A, R-507 and others. Condensing units cover HCFC and HFC refrigerants, and the air-cooled series also handles natural refrigerant applications. Confirm the refrigerant at the enquiry stage, as it affects tube sizing and component selection.
A blast freezer is a high-airflow evaporator sized to pull product temperature down quickly, matched to a separate condensing unit. A monoblock is a complete self-contained system — evaporator, compressor and condenser in one package — that mounts through the cold room wall. Blast freezers are for freezing product; monoblocks are for holding a room at temperature with the least installation work.
Yes. Modular cold rooms are built at site to your dimensions using PUF-insulated panels manufactured in our own facility, paired with refrigeration from our range. We also supply cold chain doors and undertake complete turnkey projects.
GI powder coated is adequate for dry storage and general cold rooms. SS-304 is worth the difference in seafood, meat, high-humidity produce and any washdown environment — those are exactly the conditions where a coated casing starts to fail at the seams.
Yes. Domestic units cover 6–35 kW at 220V or 400V producing 60°C water, and a high-temperature model rated 35 kW at 400V reaches 80°C. Both deliver heating and cooling from the same cycle and suit hotels, hospitals, gyms and process applications.
